Description

Spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with this three-course meal of wild Chilean seabass, rainbow carrots with lemon butter sauce, and rustic blueberry peach crisp. Our Chilean seabass is sustainably* line-caught in the deep, icy waters of the Ross Sea and has a rich, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth flavor and large, moist flakes. It arrives individually flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in recipe-ready, skinless, boneless portions and comes with our signature lemon pepper seasoning. Ready to heat and serve, the side dish highlights a colorful array of rainbow carrots roasted in a savory sauce of unsalted butter, honey, lemon juice, thyme, turmeric, black pepper, and salt. For a finishing touch, our blueberry peach crisp is custom-crafted with just 11g of added sugar per serving and features organic peaches and blueberries, crumbly oat topping, and a hint of cinnamon. Serves 4-6.
