Description

Spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with this three-course meal of wild Alaskan halibut, quinoa-roasted sweet potato salad, and whipped blueberry cheesecake. Wild-caught in icy Alaskan waters, our certified-sustainable* halibut is a versatile crowd-pleaser for any occasion. It arrives individually flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in serving-size portions and comes with our organic lemon pepper seasoning. Ready to thaw and serve, the salad features both red and white quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, and colorful bell peppers, and is complemented with dried cranberries and a light dressing of citrus juices, canola oil, and garlic. For a finishing touch, our whipped blueberry cheesecake is custom-crafted with less than 5g of added sugar per serving and features a classic graham cracker crumb crust, real cream cheese filling, and a topping of whole organic blueberries. Serves 4-6.
