Description

Spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with this three-course meal of wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, currant-couscous salad, and whipped peach cheesecake. Wild-caught in icy Alaskan waters, our certified-sustainable* sockeye salmon is celebrated for its vivid color, firm texture, and bold flavor. Easy to prepare and beautiful to serve, our whole fillets are ideal for family meals and special occasions, and these come with our signature organic salmon seasoning. Ready to thaw and serve, the salad features Israeli couscous tossed with sweet corn kernels, green bell peppers, sun-dried tomatoes, Zante currants, and green onions, and is complemented with a light dressing of rice vinegar, canola oil, asiago cheese, garlic, and basil. For a finishing touch, our whipped peach cheesecake is custom-crafted with less than 5g of added sugar per serving and features a classic graham cracker crumb crust, real cream cheese filling, and a topping of sliced organic peaches. Serves 4-6.
