Description

Spend less time in the kitchen and more time at the table with this three-course meal of wild Alaskan sockeye salmon, quinoa-roasted sweet potato salad, and rustic ginger apple crisp. Wild-caught in icy Alaskan waters, our certified-sustainable* sockeye salmon is celebrated for its vivid color, firm texture, and bold flavor. It arrives individually flash-frozen and vacuum-packaged in recipe-ready, skinless, boneless portions and comes with our signature organic salmon seasoning. Ready to thaw and serve, the salad features both red and white quinoa, roasted sweet potatoes, and colorful bell peppers and is complemented with dried cranberries and a light dressing of citrus juices, canola oil, and garlic. For a finishing touch, our heat-and-serve ginger apple crisp is custom-crafted with just 11g of added sugar per serving and features organic apples with a kick of ginger, crumbly oat topping, and a hint of cinnamon. Serves 4-6.
