Handcrafted in small batches, our Northwest-style seafood cakes are made with equal parts Dungeness crab meat and wild Oregon pink shrimp in a delicately seasoned mixture of organic mayonnaise, gluten-free panko, red bell pepper, organic yellow onion, herbs, and spices. Ready to heat and serve, the gourmet side dish is a mélange of crisp green beans sautéed with sliced almonds in black truffle oil and then finished with black truffle shavings. For a finishing touch, our whipped blueberry cheesecake is custom-crafted with less than 5g of added sugar per serving and features a classic graham cracker crumb crust, real cream cheese filling, and a topping of whole organic blueberries. Serves 4-6.
