Like all of our beef, these tenderloin medallions come from cattle raised on family ranches where they spend their entire lives roaming and grazing on nutrient-rich pasture. They are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished and are never fed corn, grains, antibiotics, steroids, or growth hormones. Our plump, boneless chops come from a cooperative of American family farmers who raise old-fashioned heritage breeds on 100% pasture. Thanks to regenerative agriculture, their pigs are rotationally grazed on open green grass and never given growth stimulants, antibiotics, or GMOs. This duo includes two six-ounce filets mignons and two eight-ounce boneless pork chops. Steaks are individually vacuum-packaged, and the pork chops are packaged as a pair.
