About Vital Choice Dungeness crab
Our premium Dungeness crab is sustainably harvested from the pristine Willapa Bay National Wildlife Refuge.

This long, thin peninsula juts far out into coastal waters about halfway between Seattle and Portland. The Refuge, abounds in Dungeness crab, with record harvests seen in recent years.

Please Note:
  • Despite great care, shell fragments may infrequently occur.
  • While our canned fish products are all packed in containers certified by our suppliers to be BPA free, those suitable for the higher acidity levels naturally occurring in shellfish (crab and shrimp) are presently unavailable.

What people say
"I just tried a can of the Dungeness crab - really good!.  I just chilled the can, drained it, squeezed lemon over the meat and ate it with cocktail sauce.  I didn't know canned crab could be so good.  Definitely want to keep that on hand ..." – Andrew Weil, M.D., Founder & Director, University of Arizona Center for Integrative Medicine
