The ingredients and preparation for Salmon en Papillote couldn’t be simpler, or the outcome tastier!

The recipe demonstrates preparation and coooking of one 6 oz portion, which makes one or two servings, depending on appetites.
Follow the easy assembly instructions, then place the parchment pack(s) on a pan and cook in a pre-heated 450 degree oven for 8 minutes. Remove, open the parchment carefully, and serve.

To serve more people, just cook more 6 oz portions, each in its own parchment package.

Ingredients
Parchment paper
Organic extra virgin olive oil
Fresh leeks and bell pepper
Wild Alaskan sockeye salmon - 6 oz skinless-boneless portion(s)
Sea salt and organic pepper
White wine or vermouth
Fresh parsley and dill
Lemon slices
Butter
